- Full initial assessment session (in clinic or telehealth)
- Parent feedback session, in plain language, no jargon
- Written summary with practical recommendations

The assessment session may be eligible for a $61.80 Medicare rebate under a GP Management Plan, bringing the out-of-pocket cost to $148.20 for that session.

Growing Everyday Skills
Targeted, goal-based support to build functional skills and independence.

6 fortnightly sessions
- 6 fortnightly therapy sessions built around agreed goals
- Goal-setting with you (and your child) in session one
- Parent feedback conversation in the final session
- Written outcomes report on progress and next steps

School support
Supporting School Success
Targeted support to help your child participate, learn, and thrive in the classroom.

2 sessions · one-off
- Classroom observation, seeing how your child manages concentration, sensory input, and social interactions in their real school environment
- Consultation with your child's teacher and support staff
- Practical strategies matched to what's getting in the way, attention, handwriting, sensory regulation, or social participation
- Written classroom support plan the school can actually use
The classroom observation session may be eligible for a $61.80 Medicare rebate, bringing the out-of-pocket cost to $148.20 for that session.
How Medicare rebates work across these packages
Only face-to-face sessions where your child is present are eligible for the $61.80 rebate under a GP Management Plan (session fee $210, out-of-pocket $148.20). Assessment scoring, report writing, and parent or teacher meetings are not eligible for a rebate. Ask us to confirm what applies to your child’s plan.
